This policy explains how orders are shipped by VintAceStore.

1 Global Shipping We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time Average delivery time is 5–25 business days (customs and remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing Orders are processed within –3 business days after payment. There is no processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking A tracking number carrier information will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries Incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in returns will incur reshipping fees.

7. Delays VintAceStore is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Refund Policy

At VintAceStore, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

1. Refund Method

Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card.
No cash, bank, or card refunds.

2. Timeline

Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

3. Not Eligible

  • Items outside the 7-day return window

  • Items not in returnable condition

  • Shipping fees & taxes

4. Gift Cards

Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect.
